QuickDesign Datalink

QuickDesign Datalink is an add-on module for QuickDesign that vastly improves data accuracy, storage, and management costs.

By linking to a master data source, such as an ingredients list or production table, duplicates and updates can be managed efficiently. Datalink uses the standard ODBC connection, so it’s easy to configure and seamlessly links coding and databases.

It also features QuickDesign’s label designer for all message and label design requirements, as well as touch-optimised OperatorPro screens for error-free product or job selection on the factory floor.

QuickDesign Unite

QuickDesign Unite is an add-on module for QuickDesign that enables higher-level information systems, such as manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other control systems to drive production-line coders.

Integration of coding equipment to MES provides significant efficiency improvements and substantially reduces the need for operator involvement by automating coder message set-up.

Triggered by MES or ERP instructions, QuickDesign Unite gets the right code onto the right product at the right time.

QuickDesign WS

QuickDesign WS is an add-on module for QuickDesign that enables communication between Domino printers, the production environment and external systems using the Weihenstephan Standard.

The Weihenstephan Standard is a common framework developed for food, bottling, and packaging sectors to reduce complexity and streamline coding operation within a multi-technology production environment.

QuickDesign WS is easy to configure and includes a standardised label designer for a consistent look and feel for all coding technologies.

QuickDesign Production Plus

QuickDesign Production Plus is an add-on module for QuickDesign that enables integration of coding equipment to higher-level IT systems.

QuickDesign Production Plus integrates with ERP systems via a configurable two-way file interface that can receive and store jobs for a given production period.

It’s the ideal way to enable your production teams to select jobs and summarise status information. Benefiting from a powerful print controller that runs as a Windows service, it means that jobs can be securely stored along with product and template information. This in turn allows for the smoother, and more consistent, running of your production line.
