Domino Printing Sciences has strengthened its Executive Team with the appointment of a new Group HR Director.
Hilary Wright joins Domino with responsibility for the HR and Facilities departments, with a specific brief to support the company’s business objectives for growth, ensuring the right skills and expertise are available within the organisation.
After starting her working life in retail management, Hilary moved into training and then became a generalist HR professional covering all aspects of the lifecycle of employment. She graduated with the Institute of Personnel and Development in 1992 and became a Fellow in 2009.
Since 2006 she has been Head of Group HR for AVEVA Group plc, which focuses on design and data engineering IT in the oil, gas and power sector. During her time there, the company completed eight acquisitions and tripled the number of employees.
Speaking about her new appointment, Hilary said: “I am passionate about enabling people to achieve their potential at work, and be able to perform at their very best. I believe that everyone should feel they are learning and developing too. After all it’s a win-win situation in which the business benefits and the individual also improves and grows.”
