About the role
As an Installation Engineer for our Digital Printing division of Domino you can expect a career that offers global travel, working directing with our industrial customers for a well-regarded business celebrating their 45th birthday! This technical role requires excellent project management as well as exceptional customer service, taking full ownership of installations on behalf of our customers across EMEA, Africa, Scandinavia and South America.
- Lead installations, integrations and commission of Domino’s Digital Printing products and systems on behalf of our customers, supported by local installation teams, ensuring project management guidelines and timescales are achieved.
- Responsible for accurate records of installations and H&S, standardising installation documentations and procedures.
- Provide local service teams with continuous support on customer application issues.
- Manage adoptions of product-related technical updates and process that improve the customer experience whilst sharing insights and trends with our Service team.
About you
This Installation Engineer position would suit someone with a background in the service of industrial equipment or large machine installations. You’ll be technically astute and a skilled troubleshooter, who enjoys working in a customer facing role. Your passion for exceptional customer experience will transcend into a mindset - right fix first time, with an eye for detail which serves Domino and our customers well.
- The role will require frequent international travel therefore flexibility and accessibility to transport links is required.
- Due to the flexible nature of this global role, the post holder can be based from one of the following countries with a Domino subsidiary; UK, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Sweden
